Neuro Motion
Specialist neurological rehabilitation program — Altona North, VIC
At Fortify Movement & Health, our accredited Exercise Physiologists deliver clinician-led, evidence-based rehabilitation for people living with neurological conditions. We understand that neurological health requires a specialised, responsive approach — one grounded in the latest clinical evidence and tailored to each individual's needs, goals, and circumstances.
Exercise is a clinically validated intervention across a broad range of neurological conditions. Whether you are managing an acute neurological event or a progressive condition, structured movement programming can improve function, reduce secondary complications, and meaningfully enhance quality of life.
Exercise physiology plays a clinically validated role in post-stroke and ABI rehabilitation. Our accredited practitioners design progressive movement programs to restore function, improve balance, and build strength — supporting neuroplasticity and long-term recovery.
Evidence-based exercise intervention is integral to MS management. We work collaboratively with your medical team to develop tailored programs that address fatigue, mobility, and overall wellbeing — adapting across relapsing and progressive phases.
Exercise is one of the most evidence-supported interventions for Parkinson's disease. Our clinically trained exercise physiologists prescribe targeted programs addressing motor control, rigidity, postural stability, and fall prevention.
Managing spinal cord conditions requires specialised clinical knowledge and individualised programming. Our accredited practitioners develop evidence-based exercise plans to optimise function, reduce secondary complications, and support independence.
We take a thorough, whole-person view of neurological rehabilitation — combining clinical rigour with a genuinely human approach. Every program begins with comprehensive assessment and is built around your specific condition, history, and goals.

Neuro Motion is Fortify Movement & Health's dedicated Neuro-Affirming program for neurological support. Designed and delivered by accredited exercise physiologists, it goes well beyond general exercise programming — integrating condition-specific movement science with Neuro-Affirming interventions to support real functional outcomes.
Neuro Motion is designed for adults managing a neurological diagnosis who want a structured, clinician-supervised exercise program. Whether you are newly diagnosed, in active rehabilitation, or looking to maintain and build on existing function, the program is tailored to meet you where you are.
Neuro Motion sessions may be accessible for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants (under Improved Daily Living or Improved Health and Wellbeing supports), as well as DVA (Department of Veterans' Affairs) funding and Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans. Our team can assist you in understanding which pathway applies to your situation.
