At Fortify Movement & Health, honest pricing matters. Whether someone is managing a chronic condition, recovering from injury, or chasing a performance goal, the right support should always be within reach. All fees are listed below — including Medicare rebates available via a GP referral.
Medicare rebates are available through a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan. Ask a GP about eligibility and how to access subsidised Exercise Physiology sessions.
All sessions are delivered by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and are eligible for Medicare rebates through a GP referral.
Comprehensive health history, goal setting, movement assessment, and personalised exercise prescription.
Progress review, program progression, and clinical reassessment against goals.
In-depth initial consultation with additional time for complex conditions, detailed assessment, and thorough exercise prescription.
Longer review appointment for clients with complex needs requiring more detailed reassessment and programme planning.
Fortify Movement & Health is a private clinic and does not bulk bill. With a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) referral from your GP, you pay the full consultation fee on the day and receive a Medicare rebate of $61.80 per eligible session (MBS item 10953).

Clients with a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) from their GP can access Medicare rebates for Exercise Physiology sessions at Fortify Movement & Health. This significantly reduces out-of-pocket costs.
Fortify Movement & Health is a private clinic and does not bulk bill. Clients pay the full session fee on the day. Where a valid GPCCMP is in place, the Medicare rebate of $61.80 per session (MBS item 10953) is then claimed back by the client through Medicare. The gap is the difference between the full fee and the rebate amount:

Fortify Movement & Health offers two advanced clinical assessments that provide objective data to guide smarter, more personalised care.
Objective force plate & dynamometry assessment
The AxIT system uses force plates and hand-held dynamometry to deliver objective, data-driven strength and movement assessments. Results inform injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and performance goals.
Clinician-led body composition analysis
A Tanita segmental body composition scan measures muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat, and more. Ideal for tracking progress, supporting chronic disease management, and informing exercise prescription.
The 6am Club is Fortify's flagship small-group training programme — delivered by accredited exercise scientists and designed to get results.
